When Megan Thomas came onboard at PPG, she immediately shook up the status quo and elevated it to a new level.
Not one to join the team and simply rest on her laurels, Thomas extensively analyzed every facet of PPG’s social approach and began suggesting upgrades.

All of that attention to detail has made for some impressive results for Thomas. While working on a lead generation campaign, Thomas was responsible for driving a 33% increase in PPG’s email subscriber list at an efficient CPA with PPG’s very first lead generation campaign using Facebook’s tool.
Thomas also led the charge in building PPG’s first Facebook instant articles, propelling stronger engagement than the website version of PPG’s content, resulting in 85% scroll rates.
Thomas also created the requirements for a standard product feed, and she is now pressing her colleagues on more creative and exhilarating uses of a product feed.
