She knew if she could just get hired then she would be able to make a difference in the company. And that she did!
As a young adult Friedman gravitated to social media as a way to stay connected to people. Nowadays, social media isn’t just a hobby for Friedman—it’s a profession, and it’s one at which she excels. In her role as global social selling Lead for SAS, Friedman visits and speaks directly to SAS sales teams to increase the adoption of social selling. In the simplest form, Friedman is teaching sales to connect with others through social media and is responsible for teaching social selling workshops at SAS that have been crowd sourced from the countries she’s visited, and hosted 50+ workshops, with 700+ sales people and over 80 sales managers.
